In 1973, ground was broken for one of the first condominiums in Pennsylvania.  Thirteen buildings were built, a combination of "flats" and townhouse-style homes forming Goshen Valley One.  The early-to-mid 1980s saw the construction of Goshen Valley Two, consisting of the same styles as Goshen Valley One, but adding a fireplace option.  Goshen Valley Three was started in the mid eighties offering "flats" and townhouses with standard garages and basements.  A thriving community now enjoys not only the Goshen Valley clubhouse, pools, pond and grounds, but also the outside amenities and rich history of one of the most beautiful areas in the Mid-Atlantic region, Chester County.
